"I have known Marcus Boyle and his family for nearly ten years as we were neighbors at 1220 Coast Village Road, a condo association. I appreciated his periodic news letters about real estate and Coast Village updates that he would slip under our doors at Coast Village Gardens. It was a genius way to keep us informed and Marcus in mind if we wanted to sell or buy prop-erty. On many weekends I would see his Goodwin and Thyne open house signs at the entrance to our building as he pursued a sale of a condo in our building. Hence, it made great sense for me to list my condo with him as he being a longtime resident of CVG he knew the building well, could answer all the questions a prospective buyer might have and navigate any difficulties that may arise. And in the realm of real estate there always are! Marcus handled the sale of my condo brilliantly as we jumped the hurdles of the latest condominium legal regulation insurance requirements enacted in January 2019 to satisfy the buyer's lender. An added bonus was that Goodwin and Thyne was flexible on the commission with me should I stumble on a buyer myself.
